PRE-CLINICAL STUDIES
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---We have developed some pre-clinical studies (cell cultures, KRL test, pharmacokinetic testing…) to confirm the innovative value of the 3 key founders of Ortodietology®: 1) Orobioavailability: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Administration via the mouth, compared with traditional oral administration is an ideal form of administration, highly documented by numerous authors in world literature: - The presence of a vascular and lymphatic drainage in the oral mucosa (SHOJAEI, 1998 ; SZENTE and ZELKÓ, 2007) : rapid entry of the substance into the systemic circulation. - Fist stage metabolism and hepatic pre-systemic elimination avoided (SHOJAEI, 1998 ; SZENTE and ZELKÓ, 2007 ; HAO and HENG, 2003) : no loss of activity. - Improved bioavailability (KELLER-STANISLAWSKI et al, 1992) : obtained of higher plasma concentrations [SASAKI et al, 1998 ; FINN et al, 2005) in a shorter period (SASAKI et al, 1998). - Very good tolerance and ease of absorption (SHOJAEI, 1998]. ---A specific study was conducted to measure the kinetic curve of Orodietology through the mouth and traditional oral assumption: pharmacokynetic study on healthy volunteers - Dr. Nicolas Simon of the Pharmacokynetics Services of the School of Medicine of Marseille. 2) Nutrition and cellular protection: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---All our products have been evaluated by the KRL method which measure the anti oxidizing power (reduction of oxidative stress) and the nutritive and protective power (cell growth) of our products. ---In vitro study on A40 REDOX and ß-Meditril® on cell growth and protection against oxidative stress by Jean de Mareuil in the process of being published in the International Journal of Pharmacy. ---In vitro study to test the anti-radical potential of all the products in the A40 range according to the KRL test - Pr. Michel Prost of Kirial International Society. 3) New biological cell complex: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---This advanced drug delivery innovation where the container is the contents (without a capsule, without excipient) is formed by the gradual progressive and simultaneous integration of the active ingredients, from the centre to the exterior. ---We are currently conducting research works to extend knowledge about these complexes where Orogranules® are equal in all respects. ---FTIR or RTIF study underway : Infrared Spectroscopy through Fourier Transformation. Objective to observe the molecular structure of Orogranules®. |
